If your artifact download does not connect please contact us via the form in our footer within 30 days of purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with any of the products or services we provide, we accept returns or complaints within 60 days days of your original purchase date.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached.
Refund Type: Eligible returns will be refunded to your original method of payment OR via store credit.
Final Sale: Custom-made items, perishable goods, and marked-down clearance items cannot be returned or refunded.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
